Welcome to Spring Knoll

To our newest neighbors,

Welcome!  We are glad you have chosen to make this community yours.  As you continue to settle into your new home, please be sure to introduce yourself to your friendly neighbors – we are glad you are here and want to learn more about you!

If you have questions about the community, there are many great ways to get connected to the information you need.  The Spring Knoll Property Owners Association (SKPOA) Board members and many other resources can be located at our newly renovated website:  www.springknollpoa.com.  Resources include our active calendar of neighborhood events, documents regarding covenants and restrictions, and newsletters for the community. You can also contact the Board via email at springknollpoaboard@gmail.com.

We encourage all our neighbors to get involved by attending SKPOA board meetings.  These regularly scheduled meetings can be found on the website.  Your input as a homeowner is important and we hope that you make time to attend and share your insight on how we make our community better.  The board serves as the administrative body for the community and values your input as a participating member.

Homeownership always involves home-improvement projects!  Please review our Architectural Control Committee (ACC) guidelines and change request forms (available on the website) prior to initiating a project.   If you have questions, please contact the ACC liaison or a SKPOA board member for further details.  Shared standards and vision for our community is important and the ACC guidelines provide a framework for us to maintain our community’s look and feel.  Our community has been here for more than 20 years and we look forward to many more to come!

We cannot wait to meet you and look forward to your active participation in our community.  Thank you for calling Spring Knoll your neighborhood.  Welcome home!

Sincerely,

-Spring Knoll Property Owners Association Board of Directors
